: (1) There will be a nomination recommendation committee as follows to submit recommendations to the Government of Nepal for the purpose of nominating the members as per clause (g) of sub-section (2) of section 9:
(a) Person appointed by the Government of Nepal – Chairman
(b) Two persons nominated by the Government of Nepal from among the persons related to tourism business or tourism promotion sector - members (2) Sub-section (1) Nomination recommendation committee of Bomoji should nominate at least one number of members to be nominated for the purpose of nominating members according to clause (g) of sub-section (2) of section 9 from among tourism professionals or tourism promotion experts involved in tourism promotion. Names of suitable persons should be recommended for nomination. In this way, the Nepal government will nominate members from among the people recommended for nomination.
